1. Excellent property. Well maintained garden, pool, boat jetty. 2. Helpful personnel with good attitude. 3. Plenty of options in the buffet and the food tastes good. 4. Rooms are in good condition. 5. Family friendly. 6. Excellent day to day room service. Over all I would rate my experience as 5 star as it was pleasant for me and my family. Special thanks to Shrideep at the Latest Recipe restaurant for helping my senior citizen parents everyday with food. Keep up the good work!

Well maintained property with decent sized rooms and amenities

The staff at Le Meridien understands how to ensure guests have a good experience. They are efficient and always focus on the guest needs from reception, sign-in through to arranging departure transport. Wherever you go, staff and management engage with you to ensure your stay is as good as it can be. In the restaurant, the chef and waiters gave us personal attention to help us with gluten-free food options and went out of their way to provide fresh and off-menu options. In between they took time to chat to us about our travels and explained the food and culture of Kerala. The room staff left us special messages that made us feel at home. Chef Peter kept an eye out for us in the restaurant, he always came over, explained the food options, and even made us special treats. We ended up sharing recipes! Special mention must go to Nandita Kumar as the guest relations officer. Nandita and the front desk staff helped us with so much. From tourism attractions & transport to getting an acclaimed Henna artist to apply her trade in our rooms. She was always looking out for us and went out of her way to come and check on us. She was super helpful showing real interest in our vacation needs. It felt like we had a friend on the staff who was helping us in ways that made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. All in all we felt very special and we experienced full-on Indian hospitality in line with the saying 'Guest is like God' - Atithi Devo Bhava. All of this comes at very reasonable prices, in a convenient location and great facilities.

Large property with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent food, especially the lunch and dinner buffets. Very helpful staff who were always promptly on hand if we needed anything at all
