Rooms are in good condition. 5. Family friendly. 6. Excellent day to day room service. Over all I would rate my experience as 5 star as it was pleasant for me and my family. Special thanks to Shrideep at the Latest Recipe restaurant for helping my senior citizen parents everyday with food. Keep up the good work!

Our stay at Le Meridien Kochi was by far the best experience of my life . The service from the moment we checked in ( at 330 am !) was absolutely top notch . Everyone at the front desk , food and beverage , and housekeeping were exceptional. The food was outstanding , both through room service and the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was just phenomenal. Local Kerala / South Indian cuisine all the way to American , European /continental and French pastries would satisfy any palette . I will continue to be a guest for years to come when I am in Kochi . I love this place and am already planning a little spa week with my daughters in the future .

We came to India for 8 nights and had 3 days only in Kochi- Le meridian. May I say those three days were the highlight of our trip. The staff were extremely gracious and helpful. My wife and I were greeted at reception by Sweetie who from the get go was very helpful, polite, welcoming and informative. This started our trip on a good note and before we knew it we was relaxed and couldn't wait to enjoy the hospitality of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will 100% return. Thank you Sweetie at reception for showing us the good, kind nature of people from Kochi

The staff at Le Meridien understands how to ensure guests have a good experience. They are efficient and always focus on the guest needs from reception, sign-in through to arranging departure transport. Wherever you go, staff and management engage with you to ensure your stay is as good as it can be. In the restaurant, the chef and waiters gave us personal attention to help us with gluten-free food options and went out of their way to provide fresh and off-menu options. In between they took time to chat to us about our travels and explained the food and culture of Kerala. The room staff left us special messages that made us feel at home. Chef Peter kept an eye out for us in the restaurant, he always came over, explained the food options, and even made us special treats. We ended up sharing recipes! Special mention must go to Nandita Kumar as the guest relations officer. Nandita and the front desk staff helped us with so much. From tourism attractions & transport to getting an acclaimed Henna artist to apply her trade in our rooms. She was always looking out for us and went out of her way to come and check on us. She was super helpful showing real interest in our vacation needs. It felt like we had a friend on the staff who was helping us in ways that made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. All in all we felt very special and we experienced full-on Indian hospitality in line with the saying 'Guest is like God' - Atithi Devo Bhava. All of this comes at very reasonable prices, in a convenient location and great facilities.

The breakfast buffet and the options for breakfast were good. The room was big and comfortable. The baby cot was comfortable and of good size. The location of the hotel was accessible.

Large property with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent food, especially the lunch and dinner buffets. Very helpful staff who were always promptly on hand if we needed anything at all

The location of the property was absolutely spot on with it being nestled next to a river. The facilities were great. The staff cheerful and accommodating. I would like to appreciate the help provided by Ms Nandita in arranging our accommodation despite my goof up. The food was tasty especially the breakfast spread albeit being subdued in richness probably to cater for the international/ varied clientele.

The hotel staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and hospitality throughout my stay. They were always friendly, approachable, and willing to assist with any request or inquiry. Their knowledge and efficiency in handling various tasks contributed to a smooth and enjoyable stay. Taking into consideration the sum of my experiences, I would say my overall impression of the hotel is great. The delicious dinner and enjoyable breakfast contributed positively to my stay, even though the room itself was average. I would consider returning to this hotel in the future due to the satisfying dining experiences and the overall positive experience during my stay.

I had nice stay in this facility with very good staff treatment especially in the restaurant where Peter and Sangiv took good care of us with their nice and polite way. The breakfast had many options. The smart TV was also nice to have in the room.
